Returns, Orders & Cancellation Policies


RETURN POLICIES

  • It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of our original e-mail notification of delivery in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.


  • All returned products must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags affixes. We understand that our customers need to try on the product to ensure that you are fully satisfied. However, we cannot accept the return of any item that has odors such as: food, perfume, and/or cigarette smoke.


  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the shipping charge. In-store returns are acceptable as well.


  • Credit will only be applied to the original account used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 3 working days for us to receive and process your request. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.

 



ORDER CHANGES 

If you need to make any changes or you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us at pashminasinabagpr@gmail.com or through the CONTACT US tab on the webpage within 24 hours after placing your order.


If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at pashminasinabagpr@gmail.com or through the CONTACT US tab on the webpage so that we can help resolve the issue.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will be happy to cancel an order and refund the order value provided that you contact us immediately after placing your order and we receive your cancellation instructions before your order has been dispatched.  Unfortunately, we are still charged commission for any orders that are placed via our website and this commission is not recoverable if an order is cancelled. Therefore, if an order is cancelled before the item is dispatched we will deduct a small 3.5% charge from the refund value to cover our administration costs.
